Terms of Service
Last updated 14 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Shizo Client is operated by Shizo, based in the United Kingdom ("we"). Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record: Stripe handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes, and appears on your statement. Contact: [email protected] or the Shizo Discord.
2. The product
Shizo Client is a modification for Minecraft Java Edition on the Fabric loader. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft or DonutSMP. Using third-party modifications may breach a server's rules; you are responsible for how and where you use the client.
3. Licence
A licence is personal, non-transferable and bound to one computer by its hardware ID; any number of Minecraft accounts may be used on that computer. Monthly licences last 30 days from activation and do not renew automatically. Lifetime licences do not expire and may reset their hardware lock once every 5 days from the dashboard; monthly licences cannot. We may suspend a licence that is shared, resold or used to attack our services.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in your regional format for convenience and are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout where applicable.
5. Digital delivery
Your licence and downloads appear in your dashboard as soon as payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped physically.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
By purchasing you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Activated licences are not refundable. If the client does not work on a supported version and we cannot fix it, contact us within 14 days.
7. Updates and availability
Updates are included while a licence is active. We may change, disable or remove modules at any time, including remotely, for safety or legal reasons.
8. Liability
The client is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for account bans, lost items, lost data or any indirect loss arising from use of the client.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
